Moravia Systems company as a member of the worldwide network of MARC / GTC repair centers it largely participated in the shutdown of technologies of a major energy center Teplárna Kladno (member of Sev.en Energy group). The shutdown of Units B4, B5 and B7 was divided into 3 stages which gradually took place in the months of June to August with the launch of technological operation in early September.
Our company was responsible for the complete overhaul and adjustment of the opening pressures of safety valves of both the Consolidated brand and valves from other manufacturers, and the overhaul and adjustment of Masoneilan control valves. During the shutdown, a complete overhaul and adjustment of 47 safety valves of dimensions 1 "to 6" with a set opening pressure of 5 to 204 bar took place. The inspection of safety valves took place in the form of "turnkey", i.e. including disassembly and transport of valves to our service workshop in Vracov, repairs and inspections on our test equipment and reassembly into pipes. During the shutdown 28 control valves, mostly Masoneilan, and 13 other shut-off valves were inspected.
All work was performed under the supervision of certified MARC / GTC supervisors at the required time and quality.
