Last week we had the opportunity to host an intensive four-day training focused on the quality management system, which was divided into four attractive modules:
I. IMS – Basics
II. IMS – Internal Auditor
III. IMS – Manager
IV. IMS – Consultant
During the training, our employees not only expanded their theoretical knowledge, but also tested their skills in real situations using practical examples. They had the opportunity to try out the roles of both internal auditor and auditee, which contributed to a better understanding of quality management processes and standards.
All training participants will receive certificates confirming their new knowledge and skills.
