Moravia Systems a.s. supplies pipe supports and hangers for the piping of the new 2200 MTD Urea Plant in Togliatti (Samara region, Russia).
It will be the third urea plant of the well-known Russian manufacturer of fertillizers TOAZ company, as well as one of the largest in the world built under using of the latest industrial and environmental safety technologies. It should be completed in the second quarter of 2021 and, once operational, will allow to producer to increase the share of ammonia processed into a higher value-added product and create around 100 new job opportunities. TOAZ operates two urea plants currently, each produces of 480,000 tonnes per year. After the start of operation of the new unit, the total production of urea should increase by 70%.
The volume of our delivery of pipe supports and hangers is more than 52 tons. At the end of last year we produced and shipped the first batch of 5.7 tons.
