The Health Institute in Ostrava carried out testing of valve materials in direct contact with water. Physical, chemical and organoleptic parameters were determined depending on the character, material composition and purpose of use.
Based on the evaluation of the results of leach tests, the Institute stated that the K85 ball valves meet the requirements for direct short-term contact with drinking water according to Decree No. 409/2005 Coll.
